Today is the last for all the winning candidates to submit their election campaign expenses to the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP).
ECP issued a statement which read that the electoral body will issue an official notification of all successful candidates of General Elections 2018 by August 9.
Moreover, those who would fail to submit their expense details today, would not get their notification from ECP, the electoral body informed.
On the other hand, the Returning Officers (RO) have finalised the form 49, a form through which the results are being arranged.
After the issuance of the notification, the successful independent candidates would have three days to join a party.
The strength of all political parties in the National and Provincial Assemblies will be determined by August 7. After which the ECP will notify all the winning candidates from reserved seats.
Once all the successful candidates will be notified by the electoral body the assembly session will be called.
Candidates, after taking oath in the National Assembly (NA), will elect the speaker of the House along with the Prime Minister (PM).
